What raw materials can be used to produce biomass pellets?

Biomass pellet production lines can use a variety of different raw materials.

Common raw materials

Wood: pine, poplar, fir, branches, bark, sawdust, shavings, etc.

Straw: corn straw, wheat straw, rice straw, rice husk, peanut shell, cotton stalk, etc.

Waste: construction templates, furniture scraps, wooden pallets, municipal garbage, medicinal residues, mushroom residues, sludge, etc.

Cutting part

The mechanical jaws place the wood on the buffer platform, and then the vibrating conveyor sends it to the chipper to crush it into wood chips.

Crushing section

The crushed wood chips are transported from the buffer bin to the belt conveyor, and then the wood chips are evenly transported by the belt conveyor to the crusher for grinding, and then the ground raw materials are sent to the raw material bin through the belt.

Granulation section

In the wood pellet machine in the pelletizing section, after a period of storage, the material in the silo has uniform moisture content and is easy to form. The new high-moisture biomass wood pellet machine has high efficiency, strong stability, and low maintenance costs; each equipment is highly independent , the program design is more reasonable.

Cooling section

Countercurrent circulating air is used to cool the wood pellets to room temperature. A simple screening machine is installed under the cooling bin to screen the cooled wood particles to make the quality of the particles better and more standard.
